speech on the republic day of India for class 9th and 10th level.

Respected Head Sir, teachers and all my dear friends. First of all I wish you a happy republic day. I, Kumar Harsh of class 9th, would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to speak on the republic day. Today we are celebrating our 71st republic day. This is a great and proud day for all of us. So it is celebrated all over India in all government and non government organisations. 

On this day at first the president of India hoasts the Indian flag at red fort New Delhi after that flag hosting is done in all state - capitals by the governor of the state followed by schools, colleges, universities and government offices.

We celebrate our republic day on 26th of January because on this day in 1950 the constitution of India came into effect after the hard work of 2 years 11 months and 18 days. It is due to our constitution that India became republic nation. It is due to our constitution that we have the fundamental rights to live, elect the government and practice our own religion freely living anywhere in India and many more. So we should respect our nation, constitution and freedom and pledge to save it.
